The Facilib partner network is a set of service providers rigorously selected for the quality of their services or solutions. These are software publishers or service providers (leasing of printers, office supplies, etc.). We have privileged contacts to speed up processes, have more responsive customer support as well as negotiated prices. We do not receive any kickbacks.

We call management our ability to support our employees in their missions by providing them with the specific expertise and advice they may need (legal, human resources, financial, etc.). We also ensure that the mission runs smoothly.

With Facilib, you have no commitment. You can stop the mission whenever you want, without notice. Invoicing is based on time spent, respecting the agreed volumes. Do you close for two weeks during the summer? You are not charged. Do you want to increase or decrease the weekly recurrence? It’s possible !

You can provide any access to any software or service (banking for example) without the slightest risk. Our employees work on professional computers, provided by us and monitored by a security service provider. However, you have the right to provide a computer to the speaker by having them sign your own IT charter.

We have all the necessary insurance to carry out our missions, even the most sensitive, without requiring you to take the slightest risk. For example, we have the right to make bank transfers if you wish.
